ABC App for local news

My DMA is New York but I live in CT, so I only get New York News. I found the ABC app and was able to sign in with DirecTV Stream as my provider. We are ecstatic to receive ABC New Haven (WTNH) since my previous provider cancelled them years ago and the other two CT news stations were broadcast in standard def. 

About a week ago, I opened the ABC app on my Roku Device to find the channel was News 7 Atlanta. 

I contacted DirecTV and the ABC app and came up with deleting the channel, rebooting the Verizon Wifi Gateway,  Roku Network Connection Reset, reinstalling the App, and Logging back into the app with my provider account info. 

Somehow I was able to get the station back on line and today it happened again, only the channel was now 7News on YOUR SIDE in Washington DC. 

Several attempts to reconnect gave me ABC Atlanta, ABC New York and Washington DC again.

How do I troubleshoot what the problem is?

It could be the ABC app, my Roku System, the Verizon 5g Gateway or the DirecTV Stream System???
