ATT internet speed with and without theATT streaming box
Most of the time in the bedroom the box says no internet connection. When I go to system and internet it says connected. If I hook up to a channel it will spend a lot of time loading. If I hook up to streaming without the box it will generally play a lot better. Any suggestions?

For DIRECTV STREAM there are some internet speed suggestions, to get a better watching experience we highly recommend using ethernet cable to get most our of your service.
In case you are having trouble with the load speed, you can try to reset your device, this helps us to fix most of the common issues.
