ATT Now and ruko

I am having a problem when 2 tvs are watching att now and then another tv is turned on. Even though they are not watching attnow it shuts off 1 of the other tvs and says that we've exceeded the 2 tv limit upgrade your package and will not go away until we unplug the roku. we were not watching att now we were going to go to Netflix. What is going on??? Never happened in the 2 years that we have had direct/att
