Audio DirectTv Streaming

What is DirectTv streaming doing to fix this audio video out of sync. It’s just getting worse and it’s ridiculous raising rates when we are getting poor service!!!

Which device? Live? VOD? DVR? Since when have you had this issue? And since when is it getting worse? Gemini user here w/o issues. I've seen some posts about Roku, but that's not common anymore, and it's fixed by switching channels or RWD 15 secs on DVR.

Live Tv on one tv the other two tv have Roku Box. This issue has happen before and I have done the whole RWD change channels and it works for about 15 mins then goes right back to doing it if you go to another channel. I can watch Paramount Plus no issues. I even had a new router put in today my ISP was hoping it will help and nope.

Yes I have tried all this instructions on your site for all my tv and Roku and my internet provider even did today with us and still no change on your DirectTv app

I had an occassional "Out Of Sync" issue on one of my TVs, I found out it was because I was feeding the sound bar with two feeds, one was a fiber optic cable and the other through the ARC connection of my HDMI cable. I removed the fiber optic cable and the sync problem went away. 

I also fixed the sync problem for a friend by rebooting the Internet router.

So I do have Roku box with the HDMI cord and I do have a sound bar but only on one of my TV and out of sync is effecting all 3 tvs I have and makes no sense we got this bad weather here in Michigan the snow and ice then the issues begun. So I am just at wit ends. Because ISP and DIRECTTV  has no solution. My ISP even replaced my Router yesterday. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thanks Jessica, I was able to try them troubleshooting options last night. It improved for like 15 mins but as soon as I went to another channel it came right back.
