c71kw-200 keyboard

Can not get "keyboard" to logon.

I was part of ATT's TV Now Beta Test of the C71KW-200.

I participated with what I believe was positive feedback.

To me, this is the best combo of a streaming device and remote.

Recently, the C71KW-200 went into an update.

When it came out of that process, there appears a logon screen asking me to input my Direct TV user name and password. I have no way to input this info. The screen appeared to instruct me to hist "OK" for keyboard, but now none of my remote keys can provide input.
