You can’t ‘switch’ or migrate per se. They are two completely different services. However, you can cancel one and subscribe to the other.
Before doing this, I recommend you make a DIRECTV STREAM account with a different email than your U-verse account. This way, you can test out DIRECTV STREAM and see if it meets your needs.
