Channel 696 (NBC Sports Bay Area) only sending audio to left speaker.
Can anyone confirm whether they also have this same problem?
Only NBC Sports Bay Area gives me this problem. Audio goes only to left speakers instead of all (left right center, etc.) I hear this even when watching on my laptop, so I know it is not unique to my streaming box or my A/V receiver because I have done extensive testing and configuring and have no problems on other channels. I have tried multiple times to report this issue to DirectTV Stream support, but they have been no help.

Contact the network and report the issue. DirecTV Stream only broadcasts what the network provides.

Thanks for the suggestion bcbsncjlj. I will follow up with them but would also like to confirm if others see this same issue. That will help them understand the issue.
Also, I have heard cable feeds of the same channel and only hear this problem on DirectTV.
