Connecting Direct Stream to service address
The account service address is different from billing address, which causes local stations to broadcast for the out-of-state billing address. How can this be changed when the service address is using the Direct TV streaming app on an Amazon Firestick?

the address on the acct MUST be the billing address associated with the card on file for payment. If your service address is not the same as the address associated with your card for payment, your payment will not go through on your account and you risk being disconnected. Have you tried resetting your home location on the dtv stream app? this might help....
