Delay in Shipping stream device
I ordered stream along with several stream devices 10 days ago and they still have not shipped. It just says order processing when looking at the equipment page on my account. I was just wondering if others had the same delay? Thanks.

That’s odd. Have you called DIRECTV STREAM to check the status of your order? Perhaps there was an issue with it or something else along those lines. I personally haven’t heard of such issues before with stream equipment being delayed.

I have not called because I wanted to see if this was a typical delay. I appreciate your quick response and will reach out to DIRECTV STREAM and see what the issue may be. Thanks.

When I ordered mine last year--I received it in 2 days. I think they ship fedex
