Direct TV stream works only sometimes on my Toshiba smart TV.

Direct TV Stream works for a few hours then when I turn off the TV Direct TV will not come on,  It tries but cannot connect.  I can get Netflix, HBOmax and other stations but can only get Direct TV if I shut off the main power to the TV (the surge protector) and let it sit for a few hours.   Then it will come on until I turn off the TV and try to turn it back on later.
