Hello there. We want your life to be easier when you want to log in. Your DIRECTV STREAM device is pre-configured with auto sign-in to make it simple for you to start using it. Here are the steps on how to set up your auto sign-in.
1. Go to your account overview.
2. In the 'My streaming devices area, select Manage.
3. Change the selector from Off to On to disable auto sign-in.
4. Follow the prompts to complete.

How do I get it to log in (or stay logged in) on my Apple TV? Most streaming apps have a way to get onto a website (that usually ends in /appletv) with a code and then you're done. I don't see any way to do that with Directv yet. If there's no way to do it, I'm going to thank you for the trial days and look elsewhere for TV. Thanks.
