DirectTV box will not stay on

When I turn on power to DirctTV slim black box it now takes a few minutes to display on the TV and then only stays on for maybe 30 seconds and we get the "Source not found" screen on the TV as if the box is not connected. We have reset with the red button and unplugged for several minutes.  No change.  We are on 1080p not HDR display settings.  Very difficult to try to look at settings to fix because the box will not stay on long enough to do a deep dive.  Network settings say connected.  All other devices connected to wifi work just fine.  Issue began with increased time for the display from the box to appear on the TV several weeks ago.  The auto shut off has been a few days now.
