Directtv Gemini air device

I am on my 3rd Gemini air device in the last 6 months 

They all had the same issues,restarts constantly and audio volume way too low. 

I have tried all 3 hdmi ports as direct tv suggested and  nothing helps. Now every night at 615 the system restarts.  I have e a brand new remote that doesn't always change the channels the blue lights on top of the remote blink a few times and nothing happens. Frustrating especially with how much I pay!!
