DirectTV streaming boxes

I'm cancelling my service and will continue to have to pay for my streaming boxes.  Any ideas on how I can sell the boxes?

If you do decide to sell them, make sure you deactivate the boxes from your account. Too many other buyers have been screwed with purchases of used boxes that can not be reactivated due to previous owners not removing them from their accounts.

If you cancel your service and you have boxes you are paying for on an installment basis, you will be charged the full remaining balance at that time (I assume against your on file payment method).  After that, you will own them outright and can sell them as you wish (eBay is common).  As noted, you will need to deactivate them first. I assume this is to try to prevent stolen or not paid for boxes from being sold, but it makes buying a used box a gamble for the buyer, since there is no way for the buyer to know in advance if the seller did this so the box will be usable.
