Directv Stream at second rental home

Is there a way to lock the DirecTV stream device so account information is not show. Specifically, I would like to lock it so the account can't be modified from the device.

I have a second home that I short-term (VRBO) rent out. I would like to set up one TV there with a directv stream box, but I don't want the renters to be able to change my account or subscription.

Unfortunately, there is no option to block purchases or set restrictions. Because of this, renters will indeed be able to rent PPV movies or perform changes to the account given access to individual DIRECTV GEMINI/STREAM boxes. I suggest you find another service that wouldn’t have this restriction, as even streaming devices for use with DIRECTV STREAM will still prove to be able to rent content and make changes to the account.

Samir, if you really have a way to help with OP's lock request, please share it here so that others (like me) with the same problem can benefit.  This is an issue that has needed to be addressed for some time, and has prevented me from subscribing to Direct Stream for my rental property.  Thanks

@alkan4 , Samir won't have a solution because there is no solution

What if the Directv modem is eliminated and you're only using Roku sticks for the renters to watch tv?  Could the renter still charge movies through the owner of the rental house?

DirecTV Stream uses no modem. All that is required is internet and a streaming device (Roku, Fire Stick, etc.). If the renter uses your credentials, it's on you.
