Directv Stream Box Quality of Picture
I have both a Directv Stream Box and a ROKU Ultra 4K on my TV. The picture is much clearer/better when I use the ROKU with the DirectTV app compared to the Directv Stream Box. I have tried changing settings on the DirectTV box, but it doesn't compare. Is there a reason for this, are there some settings I need to try?

Have you turned off HDR on the Dtv Stream box? Also, I use 1080p for my display and the pic is much better.

In the Dtv Stream box settings--turn off HDR and set the display to 1080p. Made a huge difference for me.

Yes --settings on the box. system---display. Make sure to turn HDR off and set screen resolution to 1080p. If your tv has an HDR settings--turn that off as well for the HDMI input Dtv Stream is on.
