DirecTV Stream Cloud DVR recordings missing

On December 1st, 2023 I contacted via chat to find out what happened to ALL of my unlimited cloud DVR recordings, they were all missing.

After spending a rather intense 45 minutes chat we determined that the support person has no idea what happened and could not do anything to restore the recordings. She was not willing to escalate this issue to someone higher up to assist.

I have three DirecTV streaming boxes and all three boxes won't display any recordings. Online via a browser and on the DirecTV stream app none of the recordings are displayed.

It is so disappointing to lose so many recordings that I can't get back like F1 races that I haven't had time to watch. :(

Since my chat with support six days ago the recordings are disappearing daily.

Upcoming recording looked normal six days ago but now have shows that aren't ones I scheduled, like daytime soap operas. :)

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I have not received a private note as stated.

The recordings are still being deleted DAILY. Everything recorded yesterday is gone today. I hard reset one of my three DirecTV steam boxes hoping that might reset the account but the recordings still are being removed daily 

What can be done to fix this major issue with my service and the unlimited DVR recordings?

We are sorry to hear the recordings are still being deleted. Direct Message (DM) icon (text/speech bubble) is located in the upper right between the notification icon (bell) and "directv.com." You Must be logged into your account to have access to it. And no worries, we'll send you another DM to start working together to resolve this as quickly as possible.
