Hi, @Egduvall. We're sorry you're having issue streaming through your ROKU device. You may stream any amount devices on your in-home Network at the same time. However, some networks only allow 3 streams at the same time. This includes both watching in-home or on-the-go. These networks include:
Fox channels: Big Ten Network, Fox News, Fox Business, FS1, FS2, Fox Deportes and Fox local channels.

You can find the Private Message/Direct Message (PM/DM) icon (text/speech bubble) located in the upper right between the notification icon (bell) and "directv.com". You must be logged into your account to have access to it. The icon will only show once an official PM/DM has been initiated to you.
