Can you use a USB keyboard/mouse with the Directv-Stream STB?

I don't think so. But I've never tried. Give it a try and let us know.

Can you use it no, will it show up as a pointer, yes. I haven't experimented much with it but it does allow you to use a pointer. There may be support in different apps for it. If you're looking for a better way to control the box, try Google home.
