Gemini keep saying No Internet Connection

I keep having the same problem, both Geminis telling me no internet connection but when I go into settings, the connection is strong. I see it is set to DHCP, but didn’t see where I can change it to Static. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Are you having issues connecting to the Internet on other devices? Have you tried forgetting the network and reconnecting? Are you able to use a wired Ethernet connection if necessary?

You can change it to static by going to settings---system---network and internet-----then select your connection and do it there

All other internet connections in the house work fine, it is just Gemini. I haven’t tried Ethernet connection. I have also tried forgetting the network and reconnecting. Eventually I get TV, but this has happened a lot, with both Gemini devices on two different tvs

Gemini Airs don't have an ethernet connection--Gemini boxes do. Which do you have? If you have a box just hook up an ethernet cable. I thought you were going to change your wifi settings to static? That's why I gave you directions on where to find to do that.

Ludwick577: yes, just changed it. Thank you! I have the Air. I was responding to someone Les. For some reason I’m unable to reply to specific comments. Technology is not my friend today!
