What do you mean by "access your Google account?" You configure your device for use with Google Assistant by providing your Google Account during setup. What else do you mean?
I don't understand exactly what you mean by "access my Hulu account through Google."
You'll need to install the Hulu App on Google Play to be able to watch Hulu Content. Once you do that, Google Assistant should be able to start the app for you.
Actually I was wrong. I just looked and Hulu is available in the Dtv stream box play store. Must have been added on a recent update b/c it wasn't there a couple of weeks ago.

The streaming device does have the capabilities to access your Google account as well. The only thing that you can do with that is, use the Google Assistant and the Google Play store, where you can download a lot of other apps that you can use. If this is your first time using it, then you will be required to enter in your Google username and password.
At this time, it appears that the Hulu application is not compatible with the device. We are working with Hulu to get the requirements needed to be able to make that app work with the streaming device.

Yes, but, forgive my ignorance, I want to access my Hulu account through Google. I only see Google Play Store when I look at available apps.
Do I go through Play Store? We have had so many problems with getting this set up and functioning, I don’t want to screw it up!

@DIRECTVhelp Hulu is available in the google play store on the Dtv Stream box. It was recently added.
