Its simple. Go to Amazon.com, search for FireStick (I suggest against the Lite version), click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, make sure your credit card info and address are correct, and then choose ‘Buy Now.’
If you are still within the return period, you can work that out as well with Amazon. Do the swap for swap return.

DirecTV doesn't provide FireSticks. DirecTV provides its own DirecTV Stream box. If you have a defective FireStick you'll need to work with Amazon.
