How to purchase a refurbished voice activated box for Directv streaming

You should be able to do this from your Directv Stream account on  www.Directv.com by going into account overview and going to my streaming devices and clicking manage devices then you go to add a device and click on that then it gives you 3 options to choose from the option for refurbished is the bottom choice.  Also, you could always call and talk with customer service as well the phone number is below.  Hope this helps.
