I have an Osprey box with old software and it no longer updates.
I just recently signed up for directv stream and wanted to use my old att stream box to watch TV, but my box is stuck on the checking for update screen. Receiving error code 80003-001
I can't attach photos for some reason. The serial number on my box is C71LB8BY101110
And model number is C71KW-200
