I need to schedule a technician

We have been struggling with our direct tv streaming for months.  Cannot pair direct tv remote with tv and they sent us a new remote to no avail.  My family brought their tv and it did not work either.  We need a new box and we need a technician

DirecTV Stream has no technician. It’s all self-install by the customer. Remote pairing instructions is located here

Directv does not send technicians out for Directv Streaming Service. What are the issues that you are having we might be able to help you here in the forum. Do you have the Directv TV streaming Box called the Osprey/Gemini Box?  Does the remote light up when you press any buttons and do the blue light at the top of the remote blink slowly or fast? Hopefully we can help you!

 My modern cannot plug into socket. Had housewife need one
