Latest update won't stay connected to my wifi
I have had nothing but issues since the most recent update that resulted in a frozen directv screen. Finally got that fixed but device would not connect to my soundbar (it worked just fine before the software update). It would show as connected and the remote would control the soundbar volume but no sound coming out of the soundbar. Directv sent me the new "air" device. Finally got everything working but now the air device will not stay connected to my soundbar. I have to go into settings numerous times and "connect" my soundbar. That fixes the issue until a few minutes later. Additionally, I now I keep getting the screen showing that I have no internet connection. When I choose to "run diagnostics" it says it can't complete. I know that it isn't my wifi as I have no connectibility issues with my laptop, phone, etc. I'm about to give up on directv because I can't watch anything without these repeated interruptions. Can anyone help?
