New channel guide

Eventually it will get there or you can check for updates. Availability may be limited to the device. They all will finally get the upgrade.

What streaming device?

Typically these software updates roll out gradually and are automatically installed. 

Software updates are rolling out to all devices with the new guide and Team recording. I have the new guide on my firestick but not my Dtv Stream box. Just be patient. 

My new improved guide only shows hearts on the left of the screen instead of the actual channel.

How do you go back to the previous guide? I hate this one.

You dont. There is no previous version of the app available after you upgrade.

That's awful I can't revert to old guide. This one only shows an hr and a half at a time. There's no way to fit it to the whole screen?

Of course not. It is what it is.

The new guide is HORRIBLE on the boxes...we are thinking of getting rid of our service as it is worse than the one in the app.

Your choice of course. But they all will have change over time.

TV guide doesn't show names unless I go into settings and force stop or clear cache. Reverts back to problem after turning off and then on. Tried everything, update bugged!

Which firestick you have? 4k or 4k max?  My firestick is showing logos/names fine. I have the regular 4k.
