I've seen nothing (and the earlier beta test was publicized).  And the earlier "reports" (rumors) about such a device were based on a really broad jump (a single report that an FCC filing was made for a device with a somewhat similar ID to the existing device, but no other evidence - no info on the device and nothing tying it to AT&T).  When the existing device (Osprey) was submitted to the FCC, there were a lot of reports in the media and there was a whole stack of info that was included in the public filing (https://fccid.io/NKR-ATTC71KW), including photos and the user manual.  That was roughly a year before the (external) beta test started.  There doesn't appear to be anything similar now - and an FCC type acceptance would be needed before the device could be deployed in a beta test.

That doesn’t matter to the FCC.  If they aren’t effectively the same (in every way that could impact EMI and radiation) then the newer device needs testing and approval - its role in the business is irrelevant. 

I think the new box is model A21KW-500.

Any ideas on RAM or processor?

Is this box still going to be released or have they scrapped it?

As I previously stated, nobody here knows when or even if this box will ever be released. It's been rumored for nearly two years with nothing to show for it.
