No internet connection message firestick tv
I am getting a message anytime that i open the directv Stream app on ANY of my fire sticks that says "no internet connection..." This is only happening on the directv stream app and again, all of my firesticks.
here is what I have tried so far:
- cleared cache on dtv stream app
- force quit
- logged out and back in of app
- logged out and back in fire stick
- uninstalled reinstalled dtv app
- disconnected from wifi on firestick and reconnected
- factory reset fire stick and set up as a new fire stick (not restoring previous settings)
- reset home network by unplugging and leaving unplugged for a few minutes
None of this has worked. Any suggestions? I have been pretty close to going to youtube tv and the recent price increase plus this will probably send me over the edge.
