Hi all. I watch the sports that are available in 4K and was wondering if it’s best to leave the resolution set to 4K even when watching non-4k channels? Is HDR on the best setting for both 4k and non-4k?

Yes, you are fine to just leave the resolution set to 4K at all times. Whenever you watch a 4K program, the resolution is set accordingly.
