problem rewinding recorded shows
I use a Roku with Directv app for one TV and a refurbished Osprey box for a second TV. When I try to rewind to see something already shown , for example to re-watch a play in a sports show, it doesn't work on either TV. I get a circular arrow and a message saying something like "Trying to find...Thanks for patience" Sometimes the 15 sec rewind circular arrow icon works.

There was no code just the circular arrow and message "video is loading. Thanks for your patience"
I did restart the osprey box (not a gemini) and it sees to work now. Tried on Roku and didn't work so tried again and now it seems OK
