@iamdebbie1978 The one on the left never appears red. It is different shades of blue. The one on the right is the only light that might appear red and that is b/c it's a network issue. Green is excellent signal, yellow is borderline and red is no network connectivity. U can see what the lights mean in the manual on page 11:

It might be getting a software update. It might have lost its network connection.

which light is red? the one on the left or the one on the right? is it the one closest to the globe looking figure on the far right of the device?
