REMOTE Not working in the set up of wireless network when restarting the DIRECTV stream. I have tried resetting the remote and it does not

My AT&T TV remote will not repair with the DIRECTV stream after resetting the TV box. Everything resets until it gets to the set up wireless networks screen. The remote will not work to push and select our Internet. I have tried unpairing and repairing the remote and it will not repair and therefore I am unable to select our Internet. Please inform how to correct this.

Hey @Debbye Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your remote.

Here are a few steps to try:

Press and hold the DASH (–) and APPS buttons until you see the LED lights on the remote blink blue twice.
Restart your DIRECTV STREAM device by pressing and releasing the red button on the side of the device.
Point the remote at your DIRECTV STREAM device and press the FAST FORWARD and REWIND buttons at the same time to pair your remote with the device.
