Remote Question and Thoughts
I just switched from Uverse to DIRECTV Stream service. Wondering if the Uverse remote can be programed to work with new receiver for DIRECTV stream. So far I can say Uverse was more user friendly with channel guide, remotes and information available online. Wish price was the same as streaming. I would have stayed with Uverse. Thanks

Unfortunately it cannot be used with the directv stream box. Luckily since it is a streaming service you can easily cancel without having to deal with the hassle of paying an early termination fee of a contract. That’s the joy of DIRECTV STREAM and any other streaming service
