Samsung Smaller TVs and DirecTV Stream App

I've seen the list of compatible Samsung TVs where the DirecTV Stream app can be installed directly on the TV's OS.

The 24" model referenced was made in 2017.  The list hasn't been updated in a while.

Is Samsung still offering this on newer models, and if so, is anyone aware of a smaller (<30") model that supports it?

Whatever this website stated is what would be compatible:

https://www.samsung.com/us/appstore/app/G17347010659-compatible

As a note, the Samsung Smart TVs perform horrible with DIRECTV STREAM. There are so many glitches, delays, streaming issues, recording issues, etc. that can make your experience awful. I highly recommend picking up a $30 Fire Stick, Roku, or Apple TV. Additionally, you can get the DIRECTV STREAM Osprey Box online (DIRECTV.com) refurbished for $49.99 right now along with other purchase plans. The DIRECTV STREAM Osprey Box is faster than any other device in my opinion and it features a much more user-friendly remote.

Do not use the Samsung Tv's Directv App. I have a Samsung 4k. When I signed up for Dtv Stream last year I used the Samsung tv app--threw my hands in the air--and ordered a Dtv Stream box. Samsung app is horribly glitchy and slow.

Thank you for mentioning it doesn’t perform well. That’s very helpful and will probably make me purchase a dedicated box.

They sell refurbished Dtv Stream boxes for 49.99. They come with a 1yr warranty.
