Setting Home Location

I have Dtv Stream Osprey devices at two locations, main home and weekend getaway. One of two devices at second location does reflect same local channels as my main home devices. Just added another device at second location and it lists local channels associated with the  geographic area where the second house is located. How do I force the new device to provide same local channels as the other 3?  I have tried the “Change Home Location “ in settings but that does nothing. Thanks in advance!
