I would like to make a suggestion. There has to be an easier way to sign on to multiple devices in the home. Why can’t DIRECTV be like other services and sign on with something as easy as a QR code or from website logon.

That is a great suggestion but as we are all just customers here we cannot help you with this. Your best bet to get your suggestion across to Directv would be to go to their social media and make a post on their Facebook/Twitter they are more responsive to suggestions on those platforms.
