Sound issues on my LG TV only with DirectStream, no other streaming service

Sound drops out, or becomes static, or becomes very loud and distorted randomly after watching tv for at least 30 minutes. The problem is completely random, sometimes I can watch for hours without it happening, other times it happens every 10 minutes or so. When it happens, we can change to other channels then go back and the sound problem is resolved. I thought it was a problem with the TV, but it doesn't happen on any other streaming services.

In addition to the previous information, I forgot to add I access DTV through the ROKU app. I have NO physical DirectTV equipment. With that being said, I only have these issues with the Direct Stream App, not with Disney, Netflix, etc.

It would be a DIRECTV STREAM device which can be purchased
in 24 monthly installments of $5 or a one-time payment of $120.

 

Purchased devices may be returned within 14 days for a full refund and installments purchases are subject to terms and conditions.
