Unable to Login to Directv stream on browser or roku

After Switching from Directv to Directv stream 3 days ago I am still unable to login to Browser or Roku devices. On Broswer Login works and redirects right back to login page, on roku login works and goes to a spinning wheel of death. Only login which works is on Iphone App. I have contacted support over 5 times daily which they walk through the normal uninstall/Roku Restart/Router Restart, even though no other streaming service I have has issues. In the End support gives up and says this is a technical issue for new customers.

Do u have the same email u had with Dtv stream? If so, u might try to change your username/email with stream

Which browser are you using? Do u have vpn and ad blockers off? Not sure what to suggest for your Roku. Is it one listed in the compatible devices?

Disable any extensions, blockers, VPN on your browsers. Try incognito mode to see if you can access the service. There are lots of known issues with extensions and blockers.

At the moment, we have confirmed a general outage impacting mostly new customers that acquired the service recently. Our technical team is aware of the situation and working on it, it is just a matter of time for this to be fixed at its whole.
