Unable to sign in to DTv streaming app on fire stick
I have signed on 3 other devices no problem, but when I try on fire stick it lets me sign in, but will only allow me to the page where I’m supposed to choose a package and pay again. I called support, and they said I had signed in on too many devices and to wait awhile. Is this true? Thank you

I have always seen the message that I am signed into to many devices, if that were the case, which you didn't say appeared. Sounds like it could be an incorrect sign on or password. Make sure you are using the one for the streaming account, in case you came over from a satellite account.
