Universal Learning Remote

Is there a Learning Remote for DirecTV Streaming box? The original is RF not IR and the learning remote I bought only works with IR. Plus most of the remotes have a single ON/OFF button and the DirecTV Streaming remote has separate On Off buttons. I have a POLK soundbar and when I use Volume Up on the remote it gets out of sync with the sound bar. The Streaming box will show the TV volume going up but the Polk bar isn’t going as much. You have to point it “just exact” to get the 2 to work together. My LG TV has volume numbers on the screen if I use the digital audio output (which I like to see the numbers) but if I switch to audio with HDMI the numbers go away and all I have is lines

Your DirecTV Stream box should respond to both IR and RF remote signals. I use a Logitech Harmony remote with mine and it works fine.

I also use a Logitech Harmony 665 remote and it does an excellent job. But the problem is that Harmony remotes were discontinued a couple of years ago, and hard to find.
