Universal Remote that will work with Fire TV or Apple TV that has physical numbers.

We are just converting over from DIRECTV satellite for TVs. We have tried to use the Amazon fire and the Apple TV but my wife hates it, and can't seem to navigate to find the channels that she wants like she did with the DIRECTV satellite remote.

So I'm wondering is there a universal remote that will work with fire stick or the Apple TV that has physical numbers on them so she can pump in the channel she wants or even use voice commands to go to channel 2, HGTV etc.
