Unlimited DVR

I am paying $10/month for unlimited DVR, but I am limited to 20 hours. I have call support was bounced around to several agents and then the line went dead! Can anyone help me here?

Have you logged into your account and verified that your account has unlimited DVR?

@Carol3104 you have reached a public forum full of customers so we wouldn't be able to make any changes to your account or verify unlimited DVR is currently applied. You'll need to try calling DIRECTV STREAM (number in my greeting below) and saying 'cancel' to the robot to be sent to the retention department. Be sure you say that the service you are calling about is 'DIRECTV STREAM' and not the traditional satellite service 'DIRECTV.' Usually, agents from retention are more professional and would be able to find a solution to your concerns.
