Video stream just goes black with little arrow circle turning in middle
Video and sound disappear with circle with arrow turning; sometimes video and sound come back within 20 to 30 seconds sometimes longer. I would arrow up or down on channel to get back or press home button and start DTTV up again. This happens with or without maybe 2 TV’s on. Happens with one TV on and nothing else on the system. This does not happen with NETFLIX or ROKU when being used. This also happens when I am on my boat using marina’s WIFI. Is there a problem with DIRECTV streaming??

I am receiving service from Verizon/Frontier fiber optic 500M/500M down and up through Netgear switch to EERO model B010001 .
TV';s receive WIFI signal from EERO

I do not have an DIRECTV BOX; receive the signal through WIFI through EERO model B010001 from Netgear switch that gets signal from Verizon/Frontier FIOS line 500/500 down/up

I meant to ask what device are you using to view DirecTV Stream? DirecTV Stream (C71K) box? Roku? FireStick? Samsung TV App?
If it's the Samsung TV App then you're not alone. That App is junk.

It's a Samsung App. Would you recommend using ROKU or FIRESTICK instead? did you have better reception?

Absolutely. You'll find lots of posts here about the junk Samsung App. I prefer the Roku. You can buy one for around $30.
