I believe if you go to the main site to select a package and add to the cart it will then ask if you are returning or if you want to create a new account. i think this is new as recently when i canceled right after they changed their name from AT&T it would not allow for me to use my previous username. I thought that as really unique but again were talking about AT&T systems and they are surely unique..lol I would try going to the main site again and add a package to the cart and go from there. If that doesn't work then chat with them on social media or website.

I've seen this happen in other posts on here and the resolution was to use a different email.
