1 purchased movie not in purchased folder
I have one movie I purchased back in 2022 that in the last couple of days when I go to watch I get promoted to rent. Since found that it’s not in my purchased folder. Run fine on the DIRECTV app but not on tv. No hardware has changed. I’ve reset receiver multiple times. Refreshed receiver from website. Other purchased movies play fine. What can I do?

You can try power cycling your receiver, @dainschaefer – unplug it for 15 seconds, then plug it back in. You can also delete the movie in your Purchased lists in the App and redownload it through your receiver. After I unplugged and plugged receiver back in and the receiver set back up it’s working! Thank you for your help
