accessing my account

I have called many many times about getting my account that was under my ex-wife's name to mine.  The bill is being done by auto pay and has been fine.  I am switching bank accounts and I have not been able to access my account as they say I don't have one.  Hmm.  Been paying for Direct TV at the current home for years now.  All I want is to be able to access my account so I can make sure you continue to be paid properly.  I hope this is something you would want.

This is a public forum and we are customers just like you. So, we aren’t the ones being paid or asking for payment. Have you verified that your login credentials are accurate? You may try resetting your password as well. What exactly are you having trouble accessing? The online account or something else?
