If your Directv account number is 9 digits long, you can use the following link, where it will show you step by step, how to access your Directv statement if you have access to your online account via http://sm.http://sm.att.com/d0796daf/d0796daf (http://sm.att.com/947b0dd0) Here is the link with steps: (http://sm.att.com/d1a9d407) This link will also work if your Directv is combined or linked with another AT&T service.
If your Directv account is 8 digits long or less, you can access your Directv statement via http://sm.att.com/ec04c502 (http://sm.att.com/5b814b60) by using your online account credentials.
Remember that if you do not have an online account set up, you can always create it. It is very easy and all you have to do is click on the upper right corner of either one of the websites and click on where it says "Account" through att.com, for accounts of 9 digits long: (http://sm.att.com/4d55e87b) or "My Account" through http://sm.att.com/8f2a03a9, for accounts with 8 digits long or less: (http://sm.att.com/5b814b60) and select the option of register or if you forgot the credentials, "forgot password" or "user ID."
