Cannot sign into my account CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]
I can't sign in, I cannot use any app that requires me to sign in. Months and months of resetting my password, clearing cache, deleting and reinstalling the app and still cannot sign in.

Can you even log into your online DIRECTV.com account? Is this issue with every device you have or only one/a few? Either way, it’s best to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot to be sent to the right department for that. Since this is a public forum, we won’t be of much help regarding your account.
