I have the same issue. The message I get is "To add this channel now, simply text click or call. The error message is 721. I powered down my receiver , waited two minutes, and turned on the receiver but no luck.
I have the Select package which doesn't appear in the channel lineup I just downloaded, I was receiving the NFL channel but it's gone now. Please advise what options I have.
@brian2003, not a problem. We can explore the best package for you which includes NFL Network. Please check you DIRECTV Message inbox (it's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right cornet of the Forums)
Why was 212 without my being notified?? I selected this package which contained 212. You can’t remove channels I’ve paid for. Please call me. Number on file
@brian2003 the Select Package doesn't include NFL NETWORK. You'll need to upgrade to CHOICE or above to receive it. Do so by signing in online at directv.com for calling (number in my greeting below).
@Luistro_f it wasn't removed. And, this is a public forum so we have information about you or your DIRECTV account being that we are customers just like you. What package do you currently subscribe to? What error code are you receiving? Have you tried refreshing your equipment online at https://www.directv.com/support/satellite/article/KM1444207/
If you have multiple receivers in the house, do they all show the same error and/or not work on 212?
@Luistro_f programming is subject to change at anytime with or without notice on ALL pay tv providers, channel 212 hasn't been removed you could have been blacked out from whatever you were trying to watch

I just logged in and channel 212 is included in Choice or higher but not in Entertainment.
Luistro_f didn't mention his current package but this is what I found on DTV's site.
